Why choose acupuncture?
Injuries, Chronic Pain and Health Conditions
Many individuals turn to acupuncture to alleviate specific conditions, particularly pain-related issues like muscular skeletal injuries, tension headaches, migraines, neck or back pain, osteoarthritis of the knee, and temporomandibular joint pain.
Clinical trials have demonstrated that acupuncture can relieve these symptoms, at least in the short term.
Wellness
Many people have regular or ‘top-up’ treatments because they find it so beneficial and relaxing. For some conditions, such as migraine, acupuncture can be given to prevent flare-ups from occurring. People also have acupuncture for other health problems.
Regardless of your specific concern, since acupuncture is intended to address your entire body rather than just isolated symptoms, you may also experience improvement in other minor ailments during the course of treatment.
