When you arrive, we’ll have a short chat to discuss how you're feeling that day, then I’ll insert the needles and leave you to relax while the treatment takes effect. During this time, I may also check your pulse or perform Moxabustion, Gua Sha, or Cupping if needed, and I will check in regularly to ensure you're comfortable. Please allow up to 1.5h for your initial appointment. Follow-up appointments will be between 45-55 minutes.
The garden clinic runs on a sliding scale payment system to make treatments more affordable. We do not require proof of income; our sliding scale is based on trust.

Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage - a deeply nourishing massage therapy originating from India that involves the application of warm herbal oils to the body. 250ml of oil is used per treatment. This therapeutic practice aims to promote relaxation.

It is renowned for its ability to address both physical and energetic imbalances in the body. It involves various hand techniques, including kneading, pressing, and stretching, to alleviate tension.
Tui Na is performed while the patient is fully clothed.Cupping - Cupping is a therapeutic technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, now widely integrated into modern clinical practice. It involves the application of specialised cups to create localised suction on the skin, which may help increase blood flow and reduce muscular tension. Cupping may be used as part of treatment for musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, and circulation-related issues. It is a non-invasive procedure often used in conjunction with other TCM treatments.
